Trullion

Positioning Trullion as the AI accounting platform built for modern finance teams.

Overview

Trullion started with a clear mission: take the manual grind out of accounting workflows, and help finance teams move faster with more accuracy and control.

But as the product expanded beyond lease accounting into a broader platform, the brand needed to catch up. The market was crowded, conservative, and full of legacy tools that all sounded the same. Trullion couldn’t afford to look like another accounting point solution, or an AI startup with more hype than authority.

We helped Trullion sharpen its positioning, evolve into a credible platform brand, and launch a website that brings the product to life with clarity, continuity, and commercial intent.

Positioning the brand for trust and innovation.

Accounting software buyers don’t take risks lightly. Trullion needed to feel equal parts AI-native and undeniably dependable.

We shaped a brand narrative that holds both: a platform built to eliminate manual effort, without compromising on accuracy or authority. That meant moving the story beyond “automation” and into outcomes finance teams actually care about: structure, efficiency, and confidence in the numbers.

Crucially, we also supported Trullion’s shift from a lease accounting tool to a full accounting platform built for long-term scale.

A visual identity rooted in product logic.

To stand out in a category full of predictable “enterprise SaaS” design, we grounded the identity in something more meaningful: Trullion’s product behaviour.

We built a visual system inspired by structure and extraction with cues that reference how the platform organises financial information.

A refined type system (pairing a variable serif with a crisp sans-serif), a palette of deep tones and sharp highlights, and a custom illustration style brought character while staying rooted in the world of finance and systems.

A website built to explain, convince, and convert.

The website’s job wasn’t just to look good. It needed to sell the platform with confidence.

We designed the site to create continuity between the product and the brand, using the identity system to support product storytelling rather than distract from it. The experience builds a clear case for Trullion’s value, quickly helping finance teams understand what it does, how it works, and why it matters.

Every detail was geared toward conversion: bringing the platform to life, strengthening the product narrative, and helping buyers feel like Trullion is the modern choice they can trust.
