Rogo

Bringing a stealth-stage AI company to market with instant credibility.

Overview

Rogo set out to redefine financial research, using AI reasoning and client data to make analysts’ day-to-day work faster and more accurate. Their product was already sophisticated and proving itself with early customers, but they had no public presence. To win investors, attract talent and engage the world’s most discerning institutions, Rogo needed to launch with a brand and digital experience that matched the calibre of their product and vision.

We worked closely with Rogo’s founders and early team to shape their position from the ground up. Side by side, we defined a clear narrative, designed an identity that signalled maturity and built a connected system across brand, website and product. The aim was to ensure Rogo showed up in the market with confidence, credibility and clarity.

Since launch, Rogo has been widely recognised as one of the most exciting new AI companies, backed by leading investors and profiled in major media worldwide.

Credibility from day one.

Rogo needed to come out of stealth looking like a peer to established financial platforms, not a startup still proving itself. We built a brand system calibrated to institutional standards, including precise typography, disciplined use of colour and motion, and a tone of voice calibrated for analysts and bankers. Every element was thoughtfully selected to signal maturity and trust, so investors, early hires, and enterprise buyers would see a company ready to serve the world’s leading financial institutions.

Clarity for complex AI.

Rogo’s platform combined financial reasoning models, workflow automation, analyst tools and secure access to firm-wide data. Each capability was valuable on its own, but together they risked feeling fragmented. We defined a set of product pillars that reframed the technology around institutional outcomes: faster analysis, transparent sourcing and compliant use of sensitive documentation. This gave Rogo a clear, repeatable way to describe its value to bankers, investors and finance leaders.

One system, many surfaces.

Rogo was introducing a complex new product that had to be understood across multiple surfaces: explained on the website, used in the product interface and trusted in the analyst’s outputs. We created a unifying device called the Frame that tied these surfaces together. It worked as both a storytelling tool and a UI element, structuring information and guiding focus. Applied consistently across brand, website and product, the Frame gave Rogo the coherence of a single, integrated platform.

A website built for trust.

Rogo’s first public presence needed to work harder than a typical startup site. It had to persuade investors, attract top recruits and convince some of the most discerning financial institutions in the world. We designed the site to project maturity and control, while making the product feel tangible and real, reflecting its successful use by early customers. The result was a launch presence that proved Rogo was already delivering real impact in the daily work of analysts.

Foundations that scale.

Rogo’s early trajectory demanded a brand that could stretch without losing strength. The story, product and audiences were bound to evolve with refinements to the narrative, expansions of the platform and growth into new markets. We built the brand and design foundations to absorb that change while maintaining coherence, ensuring the identity would continue to work as Rogo expanded its product, reached new buyers and refined its proposition.
