Overview

Miter is an integrated workforce platform that connects people, projects and payments, helping construction teams move faster, stay compliant and grow with confidence. From jobsite operations to HR and payroll, Miter brings every part of the business into one system, unlocking clarity and control in an industry long defined by complexity.

As adoption grew and conversations reached deeper into enterprise teams, Miter needed to evolve. The goal was to sharpen the brand’s position, differentiate from “all-in-one” tropes, and build a presence that could scale with the product — without losing the clarity and confidence that customers love.

We partnered with Miter to reposition the brand around a clearer purpose, refine their identity and build a website that speaks directly to HR, operations and finance leaders alike. The result is a platform that doesn’t just replace legacy systems. It redefines what construction software can be.

From point solution to platform.

Miter first entered the market as construction-focused HR software, solving payroll and workforce management where generic platforms fell short. The company’s vision was always broader, connecting people, projects and payments into a single platform. We built the narrative and brand architecture to carry that expansion, giving Miter a clear and credible position as the system contractors can run their business on.

A framework for the future.

As Miter expanded, new products emerged to serve every corner of a construction business, from field ops and HR to payroll and expense management. Without a clear structure, that growth risked diluting the story. We introduced a simple, durable framework built around three pillars: people, projects and payments, giving Miter a way to connect new features back to a unified platform vision and making the product easier to understand, sell and scale.

With modern operators in mind.

A younger generation of leaders is reshaping construction, bringing new expectations for the tools they use. They want the same clarity and speed they see in the best modern software, but built for the realities of running projects and crews. We carried that standard across brand, website and product design, creating an experience serious enough for high-stakes work yet intuitive enough to drive fast adoption.

Making proof prominent.

In construction, people buy what they trust — and trust is earned by seeing who else is on board. We built social proof into the foundations of the site. Case studies that speak the industry’s language. Customer quotes embedded at decision points. A dedicated customers page that shows Miter’s momentum.

The result? A site that sells the product through the success of its users — not just features or promises.

Designed for every decision-maker.

Miter sells to operations managers, finance teams and field leaders, each with different priorities. A single message would not reach them all. We designed the website to guide each audience through focused pathways that show the outcomes most relevant to them. Sales teams now use it to support conversations, while new customers find it an intuitive starting point for adoption.
