About the role.
A senior role leading design on the long-standing accounts we look after, from the first brief to the handover for build. Because those clients stay with us, you get to know their brands properly, and a single month might bring website pages, a sales deck, social posts and an event booth for the same company. It’s varied work, and the relationships last long enough to become friendly ones.
Molly sets the creative standard for these accounts, and a Senior Client Services Manager runs the commercial side. This role leads the design in between, with our developers and animators.
What you’ll do.
- Lead the concept that sets each project’s direction
- Extend established brands to new platforms and formats
- Present concepts to clients and answer their questions
- Brief developers and animators and estimate design time
About you.
- Keeps type and spacing consistent in every format
- Finds the clearest way to show what a product does
- Uses AI and new tools to research and explore ideas
- Fluent in Figma, and confident in Adobe Illustrator
What you’ll bring.
- 4+ years in digital design, freelance or in a team
- A digital and brand portfolio that shows the thinking
- B2B tech experience is a plus.
