About the role.

A senior role looking after how our engagements run, from the first scope to the day the work goes live. Most days mix timelines and budgets with calls that leave clients knowing where things stand and what happens next. It suits someone who likes being the calm middle of a busy project, and making everyone else’s week a little easier.

The role sits between our clients and our strategists, designers and developers, and keeps each side clear on what’s next.

What you’ll do.

  • Own scopes, timelines and budgets on each engagement
  • Plan people and capacity across projects
  • Find new opportunities and shape proposals
  • Improve how we deliver, and fix what slows it down

About you.

  • Gets ahead of delivery risk and resolves issues early
  • Communicates calmly in writing, on calls and in the room
  • Keeps every discipline focused on the client’s goals
  • Fluent in creative processes and AI workflows

What you’ll bring.

  • 5+ years in client services or account management
  • Experience leading complex projects and senior clients
  • Experience with B2B tech or software clients is a plus
